ELIT PARKING Discount Car Park (External)

The ELIT PARKING car park is located 7 minutes by free shuttle from Lyon-Saint Exupéry airport.

The car park is secure and accessible 24/7 .

ELIT Parking transfer to Airport/St Exupéry Station

When you arrive at the car park, please follow the instructions on the blue gate to park your vehicle in the correct car park, Parking ELIT, 1,2,3,4, or 5.

Once the car park has been located, follow the signs to get to the correct car park.

When arriving at the car park, please drop off your luggage and passengers at the “Shuttle Departure” then park, leaving approximately 50 cm between each car.

Return to “Shuttle Departure” and notify the driver by sending an SMS to the shuttle (to the telephone number indicated in your confirmation email) with the return information according to the following template:

Example: Mr Durand arrival at the ELIT car park followed by the date and time of your return, the number of passengers, and the origin of your return flight.

Then wait for your driver, the shuttles pass the parking lot at 00 and 30 each hour.

Once the driver arrives, please show him your booking.

For any changes to the date or time of entry to the car park, please contact us to schedule your place in our shuttles.

Transfer Airport/St Exupéry Station to ELIT Parking

  On arrival, once you have passed the check, collect your luggage, please notify the driver (at the telephone number indicated in your confirmation email)

Then wait for your driver. Shuttles run at 15 and 45 every hour.

Once the driver arrives, please show him your booking.

The driver will escort you to the entrance to your parking lot. We advise you to leave your luggage at the “Shuttle Departure” point to avoid dragging it into the gravel parking lot.

ELIT Parking cannot be held responsible in the event of delay or advance.

Passengers on time will be given priority.

In the event of a delay of more than 2 hours, you must notify us (at the telephone number indicated in your confirmation email) to schedule a place on our shuttles.

Our drivers can be reached (at the telephone number indicated in your confirmation email) in the event of a problem. As they are driving, please contact them only in an emergency.

Go to the car park reception with your confirmation email (mobile or paper version).

Good to know

• Vehicle exits are 24/7;
• As the shuttle cannot transport more than 4 people, we invite you to drop off the other passengers at the airport before going to the car park;
• The times indicated on the customer's reservation must correspond to the shuttle times and not to the entry or exit of the vehicle.
• Please arrive at the car park 15 minutes in advance to complete the administrative procedures.
• After carrying out an inventory, you will give the vehicle keys to the staff who will keep them for the duration of your parking;
• For entry or exit, the time indicated on your booking will serve as a reservation for your shuttle. Our schedules for drivers and shuttles are made in advance and we plan the number of shuttles necessary based on the information provided. We therefore ask you to be on time. ELIT Parking cannot be held responsible in the event of a delay.
• In the event of a delay compared to the arrival time indicated when booking, as well as for any changes occurring once your vehicle is parked, we invite you to notify the car park by calling the shuttle;
• Our parking lot is autonomous, our shuttles run 24 hours a day, you will not find anyone at reception. Our drivers come at 00 and 30 every hour to pick you up from the parking lot indicated at reception.
• In the event of an excess, you will have to pay it directly to the car park, according to the hourly rate in force.
• Vehicles with trailers are prohibited .

Supplements - to be paid directly at the car park

• Our shuttles accept a maximum of 4 people from the same family (babies count as one person), a supplement of 10€ will be requested per person per trip. However, we advise you to drop off your families at the airport beforehand.

• A supplement of €20 will be requested for oversized vehicles (Minibus, Motorhome, utility vehicles).

• Oversized luggage is prohibited in our shuttles (Ski, surfboard, kitesurf, dog crate, bike, etc.)

• In the event of a delay, you will be asked for a supplement of €20 for the first day of delay, then €5 for the following days.

• For all cancellations, modifications, delays, requests for information, please contact the number provided in your confirmation email

• In the event of a change to the return date, please notify the change by telephone (at the telephone number indicated in your confirmation email) at least 2 hours before the time scheduled for the reservation, otherwise a penalty of 30€ will be charged in addition to 20€ per day of delay.
