- The booking can be cancelled until 1Â hour before its beginning.
Access
Entry and exit from the car park
To enter and exit the car park, go to the barrier, do not take a ticket: your license plate will be scanned and recognized automatically , if it is correctly filled in, in order to allow the barrier to be opened.
If the barrier does not open, scan the QR code contained in your confirmation email (mobile or paper version) at the entrance terminal.

Pedestrian access
To access the car park on foot, you will take the pedestrian access by scanning the QR code contained in your email confirmation (mobile or paper version) on the reader.
If the QR code malfunctions, please ring the intercom and an agent will tell you what to do.
- In the event of an excess, you will have to pay it directly to the car park, according to the hourly rate in force.
- We advise you to take a screenshot of your QR code in case you do not have a network within the car park
- Once the reservation is confirmed, the license plate cannot be changed . We therefore invite you to carefully check the license plate number entered in your customer account in order to benefit from the automatic opening of the car park;

Rien n’a fonctionné comme prévu. Je vois pas l’interêt de réserver si je dois appliquer la procédure classique ! Ticket paiement à la caisse perte de temps avec le gardien

Tout est très bien mais la reconnaissance de la plaque n'a pas fonctionné. il a fallu passer par un ticket carton pour un abonnement de 7jours

Bien placé près du rer de Chatou acces étroit descente aux étages inférieurs difficile pour des suv
Les points positifs : - possibilité de réserver sur l’application - à côté de la gare RER Les points à améliorer : - ascenseur en panne - escaliers pas très propres et envahis par l’eau donc très glissants - déchets dans les escaliers
