I had big problems getting into the parking garage. The code did not open the gate. I had to call into the hotel, and the person did not want to open the gate. He insisted that I was supposed to have the OnePark app. I had tried to download the app, but the link in the confirmation didn't work and the Play store couldn't find anything called OnePark.

I parked my car at Hilton for 2 days. There is a small keypad at the gate entrance next to ticket machine where I put the code I received by email from onepark. The gate opened without any problem. Park is at -1 level underground and has nice clean parking space. there is pedestrian access and elevator to hotel. On the way out, there is a same keypad next to the ticket machine. I entered the same code number and the gate again opened without any problem. This is the first time I tried onepark and it was a good experience.
