If the barrier does not open, scan the QR code contained in your confirmation email (mobile or paper version) at the entrance terminal.
Pedestrian access
To access the car park on foot, you will use the pedestrian access by scanning the QR code contained in your confirmation email (mobile or paper version) on the reader.
If the QR code malfunctions, please ring the intercom and an agent will tell you what to do.
It is strictly forbidden to use vehicle access.
Good to know
- In the event of an excess, you will be required to pay it directly to the car park according to the price list displayed on site.
- We advise you to take a screenshot of your QR code in case you do not have a network within the car park.
Once the reservation is confirmed, the license plate cannot be changed . We therefore invite you to carefully check the license plate number entered in your customer account in order to benefit from the automatic opening of the car park;

Très grand Très propre. Très bien éclairé. Dommage que ça manque de panneaux indiquant la sortie 1 panneau en haut petit puis plus rien on ne sait pas si on est sur le bon chemin j'étais au niveau -2 pour sortir on descend plusieurs rampes quand je regarde je vois sur une vitre "niveau 1" bizarre on descend les rampes mais on monte pour arriver vers d'autres rampes là on monte vers l'air libre pas du tout on s'enfonce dans le sous-sol et au bout de cette errance la barrière de la délivrance. J'ai une question pourquoi quand on réserve il est indiqué qu'il faut scanner le QR CODE alors que non les caméras entrée et sortie ont reconnu mon immatriculation et hop entrée et sortie automatique PARFAIT. SVP pouvez-vous mettre plus que 2 panneaux "sortie" nous étions 3 voitures à chercher notre chemin j'étais en position 1 les 2 autres me suivaient pensant que je connaissais où était la sortie ce qui m'engoissait parce que je me disais si c'est pas ça ils vont crier au mieux me frapper au pire. INDIQUEZ SVP. Le prix n'est pas excessif quand on a un abonnement avec application ONE PARK
