MEIN VALET FRANKFURT Valet Service Car Park (External)

The parking lot with the MEIN VALET FRANKFURT valet service offers direct access to Frankfurt Airport.

The car park is open from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

On the way

30-45 minutes before your arrival at Terminal 1 or 2, call the chauffeur at the phone number provided in your confirmation email.

The chauffeur will wait for you at the agreed location.

He checks the vehicle before taking it to the car park lot.

On the way back

After you land, call the chauffeur at the number provided in your confirmation email.

The chauffeur will hand over the vehicle to you at the agreed location .

Good to know

• In the event of a change in your arrival or return information , you must call the valet number found in your booking confirmation to check valet availability;
• So that the chauffeur can recognize your vehicle quickly and easily, we recommend that you specify the color of your vehicle when booking;
• If you exceed the booked time, we ask you to pay the costs incurred directly to the chauffeur according to the local tariffs.

Surcharge – to be paid directly at the parking lot

• For arrivals and departures between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. a one-time surcharge of €50 will be charged;
• For vehicles over 5 meters long or over 2 meters wide or high, a surcharge of €3 per day will be charged.
• This parking lot offers charging stations for electric cars. There is an additional fee of EUR 49.90 for this service.
