They weren't up to date on the peculiarities of access to the carpark, so it was hard to find and hard to access later. That's an info thing.

No hay letreros ni buenas indicaciones y a la hora de buscar el vehículo no había manera de entrar al parking y nadie daba información. Perdimos demasiado tiempo.
