Booked through One Park to park my car for 24 days during December in this car park, and when arrived at the airport the staff refused to give our car back if we did not pay 15 euros extra because in their system it showed we would return 1 day later. When showing them our confirmation email with the correct dates, they still refused to hand the car without the extra payment, justifying that the reservation on their end said we would stay one more day. Very rude and unfriendly treatment from the staff, after waiting for them for nearly an hour. We are still pending the answer of One Park for the refund of this extra cost. Also disappointed with the difficulty to contact One Park for help.
