30 minutes before your arrival at the airport, call the driver at the phone number indicated in your confirmation email. The driver will wait for you at the Departures Terminal and will check the vehicle before taking it to the car park.

Before recovering your luggage, call the driver at the telephone number indicated in your confirmation e-mail. The driver will deliver the vehicle to you at the pick-up location.

Tres tres mauvais retour En dehors du fait que l anglais est tres approximatif MAIS SURTOUT J AI RÉCUPÉRÉ MA VOITURE AVEC 0 KM EN RESERVE ET CE ALORS QUE JE L AVAIS LAISSÉE AVEC 180KM DE RESTANT NON SEULEMENT QUE C EST DU VOL MAIS EN PLUS ON M A MIS EN DIFFICULTÉ CAR TROUVER UNE STATION ALORS QUE LE COMPTEUR AFFICHE 0KM RESTANT C EST DU STRESS SURTOUT QUE MIN AVION ATERISSAIT A 1H DU MATIN !!!! COMPAGNIE A ÉVITER !!! CET ESPRIT FAIT HONTE

Un servicio muy profesional. Me llamaron 30 minutos antes de llegar al aeropuerto para confirmar la hora que yo llegaría con instrucciones muy claro a donde aparcar el coche. Cuando llegamos me llamaron en el terminal para confirmar la recogida del coche. Yo recomendaría su servicio!

Muy mal, en la confirmación de reserva aparecían 3 números de teléfono 2 estaban apagados y uno no lo cogían, tuve que aparcar en el parking de la T1 , ( con el sobre-coste que eso me supuso) ha día de hoy todavía estoy esperando que me devuelvan el dinero de un servicio que no realizaron,

Excellent service en ce qui nous concerne ! Nous avons téléphoné en approche de l'aéroport et le chauffeur nous attendait au point de rdv. A l'arrivée, nous l'avons appelé aux bagages et il est venu ponctuellement avec notre voiture. Aucun souci, nous sommes ravis du bon service et ferons à nouveau appel à One park. Seul problème peut-être pour les non hispanisants est qu'il ne parlait qu'en espagnol.
