Entry and exit from the car park
Vehicle delivery
20 minutes before your arrival at the airport, please call the valet using the telephone number indicated in the confirmation email.
The driver will be waiting for you at the departure terminal.
The driver will check the vehicle before taking it to the parking lot.
Vehicle return
After collecting your luggage, call the valet using the phone number provided in the confirmation email.
The return of the vehicle will be made in the same place as the delivery .
Useful information
- If you need to change the arrival and return date and time, you must contact the valet at the telephone number indicated on your booking confirmation to check availability;
- In order for the driver to recognize your vehicle easily, when booking, please specify the model and color of the vehicle;
- If you exceed the parking time, you must pay an additional fee on site, according to the prices of the car park.

O serviço poderá melhorar se a pessoa a quem se entrega a viatura e a pessoa que vai devolver a viatura ao cliente estiverem be e facilmente reconhecidas pelos clientes.

Lo primero es la falta de claridad en la comunicación con el personal que tenia que recoger el coche, sus indicaciones no fueron nada claras, llego 15 minutos tardes, y para colmo me toco pagar el parking de la terminal por su culpa. La recogida fue algo mejor pero tenia prisa por irse, no revisamos el estado general del coche ni similares. Pague el servicio de parking cubierto y el coche se que ha estado en una campa al descubierto, cuando lo recogí estaba totalmente lleno de polvo por encima, se podía apreciar que le había llovido encima y que los animales han campado a sus anchas por encima del coche.
