Entry and exit from the car park
The day of your departure
Your valet will send you an SMS the day before or at the latest 2 hours before your booking.
30 minutes before your arrival at Lille-Flandres station, call your valet at the phone number sent by text message.
Your valet will be waiting for you at the drop-off point at the avenue Willy Brandt station (opposite the Tripostal) . He will carry out an inventory of your vehicle before driving it to the car park.
The day of your return
30 minutes before your arrival at the station, call your valet at the phone number sent by text message.
Your valet will return your vehicle to the location where you dropped it off.
Good to know :
- In the event of modification of your dates and times of arrival or return , you must contact the number of the valet indicated in your confirmation of reservation in order to check its availability;
- Before validating your booking, it is important to check the telephone number entered in your customer area on which you will be sent the valet number;
- When making your booking, we advise you to indicate, following the model of the vehicle, its color. The valet will more easily recognize your vehicle;

Beyond 30 minutes late without any news from you, the valet is no longer required to wait for you;
- You have not received a message from your valet or the telephone number for your booking is not the correct one, please contact the telephone number indicated in your confirmation email;
- For information, foreign numbers will be contacted by the valet via the Whatsapp application.
- In the event of an overrun, you will have to pay it directly to the valet, according to the hourly rate in force.
