Arrival at the car park
When you arrive at the car park, take a ticket at the entrance terminal then park your vehicle at the Onepark locations.

Pedestrian access
The pedestrian exit and entrance are through the hotel lobby.
Car park exit
To exit the car park, go to reception with the entry ticket and the Onepark confirmation email (which you can present from your mobile or in paper version) in order to collect a prepaid exit ticket.
Insert the exit ticket to open the barrier.
In the event of an overrun, you will have to pay it directly to the hotel according to the grid displayed on site.

L'hôtel était fermé, pourtant on nous a laissé entrer dans l'après midi, mais impossible de ressortir vers 22h00 il n'y avait personne!!! Incroyable

Rampe de descente extrêmement trop étroite ; avec une mégane break, je touche à l'ARD pour ne pas frotter à l'AVG (virage à droite)

Entrada mal señalizada. Muy estrecha. Puerta de salida averiada, hemos perdido 30 minutos intentando salir del parking. Lo único bueno el conserje que se desvivió para ayudarnos a pesar de todos los problemas que tuvo para poder salir del parking, que al final lo hicimos por la entrada.

L hôtel est fermé C la galère pour sortir la voiture car il faut récupérer un ticket à un accueil fermé …
