Entry and exit from the car park
Arrival at the car park
When you are in front of the gate, call the number shown on the BePark panel and enter the 6-digit code displayed on the same panel followed by the # to access the parking. After a few seconds, the barrier opens.
You can park on all the places indicated by a "Reserved for BePark" sign.
Pedestrian access
To get in and out of the car park on foot, you must go through the car entrance by calling the telephone number on the BePark sign to open the door if it is closed.
Exit from the car park
To exit the car park, the door will open automatically when you approach it.
Please call with the phone number registered in your Onepark account otherwise the parking door will not open.

Impossible de sortir à pied du parking par l'accès voitures car l'ouverture automatique ne fonctionne pas donc obligé d'appeler Bepark et pas d'autre sortie de secours, c'est stressant... Et le parking n'est finalement pas gardé. Propre et bien situé par ailleurs.

Accès au parking un peu glauque. La sortie piéton se fait par l'accès voiture mais la porte ne s'ouvrait pas automatiquement : il a fallu appeler bepark et saisir le code d'accès. Le parking n'est pas gardé comme mentionné sur le site
0 pointé ! Je vais d'ailleurs m'empresser de demander le remboursement de ce parking dans lequel... je n'ai pas pu stationner !!! Arrivé à l'entrée, deux numéros de téléphone mais aucune réponse à l'un comme à l'autre malgré plusieurs appels et, qui plus est, à des heures ouvrables (9h11, 9h13, 9h15, 9h22, 9h23, 9h24...) ! J'ai appelé 2 fois Onepark pour signaler mes difficultés et, très poliment, mes interlocuteurs m'ont répondu qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire... J'ai dû faire une marche arrière (en courbe et en côte) pour sortir de ce trou à rats et aller me garer dans un autre parking ! Je déconseille donc vivement ce dernier aux utilisateurs de Onepark et invite votre société à prendre ses dispositions avec ce partenaire qui ne mérite pas de l'être ! P.S : ce parking ne mérite aucune étoile ! J'ai cliqué sur une pour éviter que 5 étoiles n'apparaissent automatiquement !
