Arrival at the station
On the day of departure, call the valet approximately 15 minutes prior to arrival at the station at the number indicated in your confirmation email. Make sure to call with the telephone number you have entered in your reservation to be put in touch directly with your valet.
Arriving at the station, the Valet Carrier in yellow uniform will wait for you at the drop-off (access by the rue de Chalon) at the time indicated in your OnePark reservation. If you notify the valet prior to your arrival, its presence is guaranteed even if your schedule differs from plus or minus 30 minutes with the one indicated when booking.
After a quick photo report, give your keys and the ticket to the valet Ector. You will receive an SMS confirmation of support. The valet will also help you handle your luggage if you wish.
Back to the station
Once at the station, call the valet to signify your return to the number indicated in your confirmation email. Make sure to call with the telephone number you have entered in your reservation to be put in touch directly with your valet.
The Valet Carrier in yellow uniform will return your vehicle in the same place as when taking charge. Bottle of water in your vehicle left at disposal.
Ector keeps track of the status of your train at all times to ensure that your valet is there without waiting for you if your train is ahead or behind schedule.
