Bonjour, j'ai choisi votre parking sur la base d'une offre que j'ai acceptée, une promotion de 10% avec le code SPRING24. Ce bon de réduction n'a jamais fonctionné et je n'ai donc jamais bénéficié de cette réduction offerte, ce qui a donné un goût amer à l'ensemble de l'expérience et mis en avant les défauts, le billet n'ouvre pas la porte le soir vers minuit, un appel n'a pas suffi pour ouvrir, il y a fallu que j'attende qu'une voiture sorte pour entrer dans le Parking (donc, faille énorme de sécurité, ce n'est qu'un exemple) Bien cordialement,

Process de reservation Très fluide, mais le fait de devoir garder son ticket pour ré-acceder devrait être amélioré pour pouvoir utiliser son code ou un accès digital (on peut perdre le ticket lors de son voyage...)

Places vraiment étroites. On se gare, mais difficile de sortir de son véhicule ensuite... Mais c'est le lot de beaucoup de parking à Paris. Donc pas pire qu'un autre
