Gare de Lyon or Paris-Gare-de-Lyon is one of the major railway stations in the French capital. It is a station whose traffic is very high, terminus major networks including SNCF and RER. The train station is open every day including public holidays.
The Gare de Lyon is located in the 12th district of Paris, at Place Louis Armand 75571 PARIS cedex 12. There are many car parks available within the station that have drop-off minutes. The car parks are certainly paying, but the deposit-minutes are for their part free. This is the case, for example, of the Chalon Sud car park on Rue de Chalon and the Gare de Lyon car park on 191 rue de Bercy. Other car parks are also located near the station:
§ The Lyon Diderot car park
§ The Mediterranean car park
§ The parking Urbis Park
In case of lack of space or for a more flexible parking period, there are also private car parks and hotel car parks which is a few minutes' walk the Gare de Lyon including Parking Bercy Arena - Gare de Lyon , a private covered car park which is about 10 minutes' walk the station or the Parking Gare de Lyon Bastille - Ibis , secure and covered hotel parking which is just 5 minutes from the station.
The station is divided into three zones: Hall 1 (lanes A to N), Hall 2 (lanes 5 to 23) and Hall 3. Hall 3 provides access to all platforms. The drop-off at the Mediterranean car park is very convenient as it provides access to Hall 3 directly. The Châlon drop-off car park is located at Parvis de la gare on Place Louis Armand. There are also public and covered car parks that are a minute away from the station, as is the case of the Gare Diderot - EFFIA Parking .
